Little Outdoor Library initiative, an effort by the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Barbara, was recognized by the National Association of Housing and Development Officials with an Award of Excellence. The project was a focus of Leadership Santa Barbara County's 2013-2014 class Community Service Project.
